Had a great experience and was extremely satisfied and grateful for the work they did on my Ford F150. The day i dropped it off i had just picked it up from another business that never called me, was told one thing when i showed up to find out about my truck, then told another thing the second time i showed up after being told another thing. I was frustrated and just wanted to be informed on status of my vehicle but that shop failed. The moment i dropped off my truck at Pro Drive the lady at the counter greeted me explained the inspection and got my information. The lady informed me they were a little busy and it may take a day before they get me a diagnoses and they would call me as soon as they got it diagnosed. To my surprise they had a diagnoses later that day, when i was able to call them back they explained my diagnoses and recommended another service to be done and i was very happy with the call and i approved the work. With less then a week of having my truck they called and informed me my truck was repaired and ready for pick up. The other shop said part needed for repair was no were to be found nation wide, that's another story. I highly recommend Pro Drive and they earned my business and if i ever need service i the future i with now have confidence in knowing Pro Drive can keep me informed and accomplish the job. FIVE STARS, 10 OUT OF 10!

There was a warranty concern I had on a high dollar part that was installed by ProDrive about 2 years ago. Tammy listened to me, took ownership and was able to do me right, for sure! She is a great asset to the organization and is a reflection of managements level of integrity only in the brightest way. Five Stars!

This place is the Best! I found them to be very honest because they gave me money back on a part that turned out to not be necessary for the repair. Amazing Integrity. Taylor Lewis kept me updated, and was very helpful and professional. I will certainly recommend them to all.

If you want GREAT service, this is the place! Brake issues came up fast while vacationing, needed service done quickly. Daniel and Kirk did everything they could to get us back on the road! I cannot thank them enough!

Patrons went out of their way to search and find a custom oil filter for a unique engine 3.0l duramax diesel and didn’t take advantage of me for it. Been back twice. Don’t plan on changing anytime soon.
